Sustainability:
The vineyard is Bio-gro certified organic and Demeter Certified Biodynamic in transition, Winery is certified organic.

Winemaking:
Hand harvest. Fruit hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed then sent straight to barrel. Each parcel fermented with wild-yeast in French oak, 25% new. 11 months in barrel, with wild malo, no fining, light filtration. The wine is vegetarian.
