Soil: Free draining silty loam soil, overlying gravels
Viticulture:
Two cane, cane pruned, shoot-thinned, hand leaf plucked, cropping at 4T/Ha, 2222 vines per hectare.

Sustainability:
The vineyard is Bio-gro certified organic and Demeter Certified Biodynamic in transition, Winery is certified organic.
Winemaking:
Hand harvest. Fruit hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fifty percent of the blend was fermented in tank using wild yeast and the remaining portion transferred to seasoned French barriques and left to ferment with wild yeast. The wine was left to age on yeast lees for four months following fermentation. The wine is vegetarian.
